I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.

I have the right to cancel and refund any commission if I am unable to complete it.

I will update as consistently as possible throughout your commission. 

I do not set deadlines, I work fulltime, and I cannot guarantee how long a commission will take. 

Please keep in contact throughout the entire commission process.

If I update you and receive no response, your commission will be put on hiatus and cancelled after 2 months.

When the commission is finished, you will get a HD version of the image. 

Do not remove the watermark or heavily edit/alter the piece.

Cancellations & Refunds

​

​Life can be a surprise and things happen, so ​I do accept cancellations and provide refunds. 

If you need to cancel your commission, there are a few refund options.

​

  • Any commission cancelled before 50% mark will be fully refunded.

  • Any commission cancelled after the 50% mark will be 50% refunded.

  • Any cancellations after the commission is 75% complete will not be refunded.

If I myself need to cancel your commission, you will be fully refunded.

If you need to cancel your commission, please let me know asap!

Usage & Sharing

Any and all commissions have the possibility to be posted publicly on my portfolio and social media platforms; including work-in-progress pictures being shared on my Patreon. 

If you do not want your commission to be posted, please tell me.

When the commission is finished, you will get a HD version of the image. Do not remove the watermark or heavily edited/alter the piece.

You can also receive an unwatermarked piece solely for personal use and is not to be shared publicly.

If you:

  • heavily edit/alter the piece

  • post the unwatermarked piece

  • claim to have created the artwork

  • show inappropriately, rude, or aggressive behavior

  • rush or demand I finish your commission faster

  • refuse to provide payment

you will be blacklisted from commissioning with me again.
